At Paycron, we value referrals and believe in rewarding those who help expand our network. This policy outlines the terms and benefits for individuals or businesses participating in our referral program.
Eligibility
Any individual or business with an active Paycron account is eligible to participate. Referrals must be legitimate businesses in need of merchant processing services. Self-referrals are not allowed.
How It Works
Participants can refer businesses to Paycron for eCheck processing services by sharing the details at support@paycron.com or their respective account Managers. The referred business must complete the sign-up process and be approved by Paycron’s underwriting team for the referral to qualify.
Earning Referral Rewards
For each successful referral, participants will earn a percentage of the profits generated from the referred merchant’s transactions. The exact percentage may vary based on current promotions or specific agreements with Paycron. The rewards continue as long as the referred merchant processes transactions with Paycron. The said percentage will be mentioned on the referral agreement.
Referral Payouts
Referral earnings are calculated monthly and are paid out via direct deposit, check, or account credit, depending on the participant’s preference. Payouts occur after the referred merchant has processed a minimum of 30 days of transactions and cleared any potential chargebacks or disputes. The participant must maintain an active Paycron account to receive payouts.
Referral Program Benefits
Unlimited Referrals: There’s no cap on the number of businesses you can refer, allowing for continuous earning potential.
Long-Term Income: As long as the referred merchant remains active, you’ll continue to earn on their transactions.
Discounts on Paycron Services: Participants in the referral program may also be eligible for discounts on Paycron’s payment processing services.
Restrictions
Referred businesses must be new to Paycron and meet underwriting criteria for the referral to be valid.
Referral rewards are not applicable for merchants with fraudulent activity, chargeback history, or those violating Paycron’s terms of service.
Self-referrals or referrals of entities owned by the participant are not eligible.
Termination and Modifications
Paycron reserves the right to terminate or modify the referral program at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via email or on the Paycron website.
Disqualification
If a participant is found to be engaging in fraudulent or unethical practices, Paycron reserves the right to disqualify them from the referral program and forfeit any unpaid referral earnings.
